On my way to Common Grounds Coffee House in Lexington, I passed this sign, which is on the house across the street from the coffee shop.
My first thought was, “Good to know?”
But after some cursory Googling, I learned this plaque’s boasted nonuniqueness isn’t really anything special.
The novelty plaque is sold and can be found across the country and even beyond. Here are pics of some in New Orleans, the Philippines and Oberlin, Ohio.
According to Frosty on Yahoo! Answers, the plaque dates back to the ye olde time of 1980.
Oh well. It was neat enough to catch my eye.
